Here's How It Works

For Wood: We first thoroughly clean your wood surface then begin the application of our patented Zr44 Wood Sealer...with your choice of color stain if requested.  When applied, Zr44 is absorbed into the wood where a chemical reaction takes place which creates a permanent barrier to water and liquids.  The Zr44 sealer is applied in 3 steps to maximize its effectiveness.

The first sets up a temporary shield over the surface to protect it from any moisture while the Zr44 chemical reaction begins with the wood.  The second application continues the sealer penetration where all pores, voids, cracks and capillaries are filled and sealed.

The third penetrates even deeper into the wood, turning the entire surface into one solid mass where the level of protection is permanent and irreversible.

For Concrete and Masonry: After cleaning your concrete or masonry surface, we apply our patented Innerseal Concrete and Masonry Sealer.  Concrete and Masonry are naturally porous materials and Innerseal takes advantage of that by penetrating deep into the material where a chemical reaction takes place.  This reaction allows Innerseal to plug-up every pore in your concrete or masonry, turning it into a solid mass that is unaffected by water and other liquids.  The result - permanently sealed concrete or masonry.
