How TriState Sealwize started:

TriState Seawlwize was founded by Jim O'Brien, a greater Cincinnati resident for over 44 years. Jim loves the outdoors and spent many hours on his deck. The deck, however, never looked good for more than 3 to 6 months after treatment, regardless of the product or service that was chosen.

After doing some research, he discovered Zerovoc Technology's Zr44 water repelling wood sealer. At first, skeptical about the 30 year guarantee, he quickly discovered what set this product apart from all the others. Having experience in environmental science, he understood that an inorganic compound will not deteriorate like all the other organic compunds on the market. Finally he found a product that would not only seal the deck year after year, but LOOK GREAT year after year.

Knowing that he certainly was not alone in the challenge to find a product that would last on his deck, Jim decided to become a distributer and share the product with the other frustrated deck owners.
